About Ideogram
At Ideogram, we are dedicated to democratizing world-class design, enabling the amplification of human creativity. Our focus is on developing proprietary generative media models and AI-optimized creative workflows that address persistent challenges in graphic design. Our talented team consists of innovators who have made significant strides in technology, including pioneering research in Diffusion Models, Google’s Imagen, and Imagen Video. We value design, aesthetics, and craftsmanship just as much as rigorous research and engineering, delivering innovative experiences that resonate with creatives.
With nearly $100M in funding from leading investors such as Andreessen Horowitz and Index Ventures, we are headquartered in Toronto and expanding our presence in NYC. Our growth trajectory aims to triple our team within the next year. We foster a flat organizational structure that emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and mentorship.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing Generalist to spearhead our go-to-market strategies, encompassing brand development, creator partnerships, content creation, and campaign execution. This role is tailored for inventive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven startup culture. A discerning aesthetic sense is essential, and you will collaborate closely with the founding team, enjoying substantial ownership from the outset.
What We're Seeking
A creative practitioner: adept at drafting briefs, managing creator partnerships, and analyzing performance dashboards, all within the same week.
Genuine enthusiasm for innovative products; you thrive in the early stages of building and exploring new ideas.
Results-driven and comfortable in a dynamic environment; you will set high standards for yourself and inspire the team to achieve more.
Experience in establishing or scaling influencer or creator programs, particularly in consumer or design-related sectors.
Familiarity with the creator economy and a commitment to cultivating authentic relationships rather than transactional interactions.
An eye for quality. You have a keen sense of what resonates, what misses the mark, and the reasoning behind it, and you are not hesitant to voice your thoughts.
