As a pivotal member of our team at AE Perkins, the Marketing Manager acts as the primary liaison for our esteemed clients, Ameriflex and Accresa. This role is focused on the effective implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and projects, ensuring client satisfaction through delivering high-quality results. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in fostering robust client relationships, managing project timelines and budgets, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact between the marketing team and Ameriflex and Accresa.
- Develop and maintain solid, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Comprehend the business goals, marketing objectives, and brand guidelines of Ameriflex and Accresa.
- Deliver regular status updates on project performance metrics.
Project & Campaign Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of marketing projects, campaigns, and sponsored events.
- Create comprehensive project plans using Jira, detailing timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Strategic Planning
- Partner with leadership at Ameriflex and Accresa to identify needs and propose innovative marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Present creative concepts, campaign plans, and performance reports to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing strategies.
Team Collaboration and Management
- Oversee content writers assigned to Ameriflex and Accresa.
- Coordinate with creative, event, and Salesforce administrative teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
- Act as a problem solver, addressing any challenges that arise during project execution.
Financial Management
- Prepare and oversee budgets for projects and campaigns.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and prompt payment collection.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
