As a Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives across various channels, including campaigns, content, events, and partnerships. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and the broader Marketing & Design team, you will lead multi-channel strategies that align with our business goals and brand standards, ensuring effective project management, consistent execution, and transparent performance metrics.
This position is ideal for a marketer ready to take on management responsibilities, capable of designing and executing defined programs from inception to completion, confidently managing stakeholders, and contributing to the overarching marketing governance, strategy, and operational methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Take ownership of campaign planning and execution, encompassing messaging, channel strategy, timelines, budgets, and delivery governance.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across various service lines to establish goals, manage project scopes, and maintain operational momentum.
- Brief and oversee internal creative/digital teams and external suppliers to produce high-quality, brand-consistent outputs.
- Drive the content strategy and develop materials across written, visual, digital, and experiential formats to enhance brand visibility.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to demonstrate expertise through events, communications, client engagement, and targeted digital initiatives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and partnerships to guarantee strong brand alignment and value realization.
- Manage key third-party relationships and suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, transforming insights into actionable improvements for enhanced delivery.
