Role Overview:
As part of our dynamic Marketing team, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence across various target markets. You will lead customer engagement initiatives and integrated campaigns that tell Flagright’s story, drive pipeline acceleration, and demonstrate our value through strategic, impactful programs.
We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager in London to create and manage the operational framework that supports our growth. In this role, you will establish how marketing success is measured, ensure seamless data flow across systems, and track the creation and understanding of pipeline through the sales funnel.
Your primary focus will be on enabling better decision-making processes. You will design frameworks, uphold standards, and create visibility for both Marketing and Sales teams to operate with clarity and accountability. You will be responsible for structuring data, maintaining high standards for measurement, and ensuring that marketing performance reflects genuine pipeline impact rather than superficial metrics.
