Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Operations Intern, where you'll play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns across various channels. As we broaden our workstreams in different markets, your contributions will help us achieve our objectives:
Assist in implementing innovative marketing campaigns through CRM channels including email and push notifications, while gaining valuable insights into measuring campaign performance.
Analyze user behavior and engagement within the Carousell app, providing data-driven insights to enhance campaign efficiency and support team reporting efforts.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination on category and workstream campaigns.
Identify opportunities for testing and learning to continuously improve our marketing strategies.
Execute CRM functions for regional marketing campaigns across multiple markets, primarily Singapore and Hong Kong, with potential involvement from Malaysia, the Philippines, and Taiwan.
Provide basic support for CRM data consolidation and analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making.
