We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to enhance our marketing initiatives through outstanding email execution, intelligent automation, and robust management of marketing technology.
This position is part of our Growth team and collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure our campaigns, data, and systems operate efficiently while driving measurable results.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead the email marketing strategy and the related operations. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing lifecycle campaigns, managing our marketing tech stack, enhancing lead routing and scoring, ensuring data quality, and providing insights and streamlined workflows to cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and refine email programs that foster acquisition, product engagement, and retention across both PLG and Enterprise segments.
- Create segmented nurturing campaigns, automated workflows, and lifecycle journeys.
- Evaluate performance metrics and leverage insights to enhance open rates, CTR, conversions, and pipeline growth.
Marketing Operations & Tech Stack Ownership
- Oversee and optimize platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Chili Piper, Salesloft, Gong, and their integrations.
- Collaborate with RevOps to maintain accurate lead flow, routing rules, lifecycle stages, and data synchronization.
- Ensure robust data hygiene, segmentation, and attribution across the marketing database.
Lead Scoring, Routing & Qualification
- Develop and refine lead scoring models based on behavioral and firmographic data.
- Ensure leads are routed promptly and accurately to the appropriate sales segments.
- Shape MQL/SQL criteria and facilitate alignment with Sales and RevOps.
AI-Enhanced Workflow & Content
- Leverage AI to expedite content creation, reporting, testing, and operational efficiencies.
