As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand's visibility and foster consumer engagement. Your role will involve articulating the core essence of our brand, ensuring it resonates with our target market. Utilizing your knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing platforms, you will collaborate across teams to develop impactful campaigns, contributing directly to our business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft briefs and manage collaborations with third-party agencies.
- Conduct market research to analyze the competitive landscape.
- Establish and nurture relationships with vendors, agencies, real estate developers, and other stakeholders.
- Create a brand strategy that enhances Bayut's brand equity.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to boost product uptake and brand equity.
- Achieve marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and assessing advertising and promotional initiatives.
- Investigate and adopt new marketing platforms and creative mediums to drive sales.
- Plan and execute company events.
- Devise and maintain public relations strategies.
- Oversee ATL and BTL budgets to optimize value.
- Direct and monitor social media strategies and activities.
- Manage lead generation campaigns to ensure effective sales conversions.
- Maximize the effective utilization of company assets such as OOH and digital spaces.
- Collaborate closely with various departments and agencies to assist with new product and feature launches.
- Track and report on marketing performance to senior management.
- Engage in special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the Real Estate sector is preferred.
- Proficient in utilizing marketing tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding and application of company values.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent coordination capabilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Comprehends and applies competencies relevant to their level of expertise.
