We are seeking a passionate Marketing Technology & Operations Analyst to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge MarTech solutions that foster growth, enhance customer retention, and facilitate cross-marketing initiatives. This pivotal role within the Marketing Technology & Operations team will support the strategic direction and architecture necessary for launching innovative promotions and enriching customer experiences by utilizing FanDuel’s advanced marketing technology stack.
In addition to the specific responsibilities mentioned, team members may be tasked with various duties as needed by the Company, ensuring operational agility to adapt to evolving business requirements.

Your responsibilities will include the deployment of marketing campaign automations with a focus on data architecture. Leverage your analytical and technical skills to ensure seamless integrations across systems using our ETL tools, APIs, and marketing automation server. Your efforts will create scalable, personalized campaigns across email, mobile, onsite, and digital channels, utilizing all available resources.
THE STATS
What we’re looking for in our next teammate:
- Master our data architecture and the diverse data sources essential for marketing, employing them in workflows for assigned projects.
- Utilize our marketing technology platforms (ETL platform and CDP) for data profiling, replication, enrichment, and transformation while ensuring smooth data transitions across systems.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our marketing technology stack and identify opportunities for system integration to support various campaigns.
- Be innovative! Apply creative concepts to connect systems and enhance our automation capabilities.
- Employ your SQL expertise to construct standardized ETL workflows using KNIME, facilitating template utilization for campaign needs.
- Address automation issues on the server and act as a reliable point of contact for escalations.
- Collaborate quarterly with marketing and data teams to develop new data points for campaign utilization.
- Regularly audit available data across systems to maintain accuracy.
- Create comprehensive documentation for all workflows and post it to the Confluence documentation hub.
