Role Overview
Each project presents unique challenges, where contributors may be required to:
- Craft challenging mathematical problems that reflect professional standards;
- Assess AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and constraints;
- Utilize Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) to validate calculations or simulations;
- Enhance AI reasoning to conform to industry-standard logic;
- Implement structured scoring criteria for multi-step problems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is well-suited for mathematicians with Python expertise who are available for part-time, non-permanent projects. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Mathematics or related fields (e.g., Algebra, Calculus, Number Theory, etc.);
- A minimum of 3 years of professional mathematics experience;
- Exceptional written English skills (C1/C2 level);
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python for numerical validation;
- A reliable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., CMME, SAS Certifications, CAP) and experience with international or applied projects will be advantageous.

Project Commitment
For this project, tasks are projected to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases, subject to project needs. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload.
Compensation
- Compensation for contributions, with rates up to $55/hour*
- Fixed project rates or individual rates based on the project
- Some projects may include incentive payments
*Note: Rates vary based on expertise, skill assessments, location, project requirements, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to highly specialized contributors, while lower rates may apply during onboarding or non-core project phases. Payment specifics will be provided for each project.
