In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and managing engineering projects. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and engineers to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead various projects from inception to final delivery.
- Manage the design, installation, and functionality of new and modified machinery.
- Interpret and analyze technical drawings and schematics.
- Assess vendor proposals and documentation for feasibility, cost, and maintenance needs.
- Uphold product and company standards by adhering to applicable regulations.
- Coordinate closely with the maintenance team for new equipment installation and maintenance setup.
- Engage with external contractors as required.
- Provide updates to management regarding project costs, designs, and timelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Classification: Exempt Position
Reports to: Engineering Manager
Work Environment: You will work in a heavy industrial setting, with potential exposure to molten metal.
Physical Demands: This role involves standing for extended periods, walking throughout the plant, and may include lifting items up to 30 lbs.
Position Type and Expected Hours: This is a full-time position with a minimum day shift of 40 hours per week.
