In this vital role within our Operations team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality subassemblies and productized applications. Your hands-on contribution will ensure that each assembly meets our rigorous standards of efficiency, precision, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve production targets while upholding Vention's high standards.
- Assemble a variety of components, ranging from simple to complex, including palletizers, conveyors, robotic cells, tending applications, and safety enclosures, following engineering instructions.
- Build and integrate automation components to complete custom designs.
- Conduct quality checks before shipping to ensure all products meet Vention’s high standards.
- Prepare and package orders in accordance with internal quality standards.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or missing information to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist the team in resolving mechanical or process-related issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing integration and warehouse processes.
