The GILLIG Engineering team is dedicated to the development, customization, and configuration of our clean technology heavy-duty transit buses. We aim to create the most reliable buses that enhance community connectivity, reduce congestion, and promote a sustainable environment. Our engineers are involved in designing, analyzing, testing, launching, and troubleshooting across various technical domains.
The Liaison Engineering team acts as the essential bridge between design and manufacturing, facilitating the smooth and efficient production of GILLIG’s high-quality transit buses. Their primary mission is to link engineering design with the manufacturing process in Livermore, CA. They provide support for existing products, assist in the seamless integration of new designs, and drive continuous improvement in production processes. The Liaison Engineering Group is a diverse, cross-functional team including mechanical, electrical, vehicle controls, and industrial engineers, along with dedicated production support technicians ensuring comprehensive coverage of all aspects of transit bus production.
