Role Summary and Impact
The Media Advertising Operations Manager is a key leadership position focused on supervising and optimizing paid media activation operations for a designated local unit. This role drives operational excellence, implements best practices, and promotes continuous team development across Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms. The Manager oversees daily team execution, ensures KPI achievement, and standardizes processes in close collaboration with market agencies and planning teams. By providing essential technical and operational support to accounts managed from the US Hub, this role guarantees consistent, high-quality campaign delivery, resolves cross-functional conflicts, and contributes significantly to the organization’s success.
