Assist patients by addressing inquiries regarding medications and wound care.
Maintain organized medical charts; ensure all relevant reports, labs, and patient information are accessible prior to appointments.
Manage telephone communications; respond to patient, physician, and pharmacy inquiries.
Facilitate communication between patients and front office staff with physicians.
Ensure examination rooms are clean and adequately stocked.
