The Expert Development and Clinical Training Strategy Team serves as the cornerstone of our medical academic, expert resources, and clinical training systems. We focus on the systematic establishment of expert resource systems, high-end academic collaborations, seamless clinical training operations, and innovative medical education strategies. Our goal is to empower experts, coordinate academic activities, develop content, and provide professional services, ensuring robust medical support and expert resource assurance for the company’s business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Expert Resource System Development and Operations: Build and enhance the company’s expert resource system, overseeing expert selection, partnership management, capacity building, content co-creation, and value extraction to achieve standardized and systematic management of expert resources.
2. Expert Academic Collaboration and Brand Empowerment: Drive the implementation of expert academic projects, facilitate the conversion of academic results, and enhance brand empowerment by coordinating with experts on core tasks such as academic co-construction, research collaboration, and professional endorsement to elevate the company’s professional influence.
3. Medical Education Strategy and Academic Content Development: Develop relevant medical education strategies based on the company’s product strategies, creating professional, compliant, and high-quality medical academic and training content.
4. Clinical Training System Development and Implementation: Construct a clinical training system tailored to the company’s business strategies, planning, organizing, and executing various medical professional training, skills training, and capability enhancement projects, ensuring training quality and effectiveness.
5. Large-Scale Academic Event Planning and Operations: Oversee the planning of national and regional high-end academic conferences, forums, and exchange activities, managing the entire process from proposal design to execution, outcome review, and brand enhancement.
6. Training Operation Process Optimization: Continuously iterate the training operation system, optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and achieving refined, digital, and efficient management of training projects.
7. Cross-Department Collaboration and Professional Service Support: Collaborate with various departments within the company to provide comprehensive expert resource support, clinical professional education services, and medical strategy assurance, facilitating the effective advancement of overall business initiatives.
