As a Medior Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and a strategic partner for the laboratory. You will oversee the entire order flow from customer inquiries to reporting. Effortlessly, you will navigate between commercial interests, technical feasibility, and process optimization.
In short, you ensure that everything is accurate in terms of content, communication, and organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the first-line contact for our (international) clients.
- Translate complex customer requests into clear laboratory assignments.
- Coordinate and align orders with laboratory planning.
- Technically assess new and existing orders in collaboration with our specialists.
- Verify analytical methods, available capacity, and the outsourcing of analyses if necessary.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure correct, timely, and complete reporting.
- Record and follow up on complaints, including initiating corrective actions.
- Identify improvement opportunities and actively contribute to process optimization.
- Participate in project groups and meeting structures within the business line.
