The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage logistics in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the initial point of contact for incoming expats and clients, providing a friendly and professional reception.
Organize and facilitate prompt transportation from airports to hotels or offshore locations.
Ensure an efficient check-in process by coordinating with hotel and transportation teams.
Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams regarding schedules and any modifications.
Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards at all times.
Be accountable for the condition and appropriate use of company vehicles during assignments.
