About the Role
In this position, you will tackle complex issues that affect both our providers and the members they serve. As a subject matter expert in Member and Provider Services, you will act as a bridge between production and strategy teams. Your role will involve assisting with internal queries, providing training support, and maintaining communication with our members and providers. Additionally, you will track and report network issues while contributing to our knowledge management system, ensuring workflows are current and managing a queue of assigned cases.
You will report to the Member Escalations Operations Manager.
Work Location: This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas. Oscar promotes a blended work culture that connects all team members, regardless of their work type or location. #LI-Remote
Pay Transparency:
The hourly rate for this position is $22.00, in addition to employee benefits and a monthly vacation accrual rate of 15 days per year.
