Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere while cultivating genuine relationships.
- Manage phone inquiries, facilitate program registrations, handle membership sales, and effectively utilize our membership software system.
- Provide engaging tours for potential new members, showcasing the Y's offerings, while delivering exceptional service to existing members.
- Exhibit strong organizational, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, multi-task effectively, and tackle challenges with excellent customer service and sales skills.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred minimum age of 21 years or older.
