Main Responsibilities:
- Enhance every member and guest’s experience within our club, ensuring an inviting atmosphere.
- Support membership sales and retention through exemplary customer service and communication.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club, contributing actively to a welcoming environment.
- Act as a key holder, covering shifts as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency with the membership software system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Stay informed about current Fitness Challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor initiatives, actively participating in these offerings.
- Assist the Fitness Manager in overseeing gym floor activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for members.
- Experience and promote the products and services available to our members.
- Take pride in the upkeep of club facilities, ensuring cleanliness standards consistently exceed expectations.
- Drive secondary spend KPI targets by engaging with members and promoting club offerings.
- Address member complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
