As a Membership Sales Advisor at Equinox, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and achieving individual targets related to memberships, renewals, and additional services. Your success will hinge on effective pre-planning each month, leveraging strategic outreach, generating leads within the club, and fostering member referrals. Collaborating closely with the General Manager, Regional Manager, and a dedicated sales team, you will be well-versed in all club offerings, ensuring you can engage with prospective members confidently. Staying informed about competitor trends by visiting other facilities will be crucial to your strategy. Most importantly, your ability to build rapport and establish enduring relationships with both potential and current members will be key in creating a robust referral network and enhancing member retention.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
