Qualifications
Education: A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or an equivalent accredited program.Experience: At least 3 years of clinical experience, including 500 supervised clinical hours (internships and academic placements excluded).Expertise: Proficiency in trauma-informed therapeutic approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors, and Somatic Experiencing (SE).Licensing: Must possess active and valid licenses relevant to your practice jurisdiction.Supervision: One supervision session required every two months.Languages: Fluency in English and your local language.Preferred Experience: Previous involvement in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and/or adult counseling.Flexibility: Willingness to accommodate occasional onsite requirements as necessary.

As a Mental Health Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering one-on-one telehealth or onsite mental health support to our diverse clientele. You will address a variety of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction. Collaborating with our internal clinical team, you will also contribute to the enhancement of our platform and client programs, ensuring the best possible care for our clients.
