Lead and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, hotel operator standards, and local authority regulations.
Track daily MEP site progress, supervise contractors and subcontractors, and maintain rigorous compliance with quality, safety, testing, and commissioning requirements.
Facilitate all MEP interfaces with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Interior Design, kitchen/laundry systems, façade, AV/IT, ELV, and specialist suppliers for smooth installations and to avoid construction conflicts.
Evaluate MEP contractors’ shop drawings alongside consultants, method statements, material submissions, construction schedules, and progress claims pertinent to the MEP scope.
Quickly identify and address technical and site issues, lead MEP inspections and QA/QC checks, and compile comprehensive progress and technical reports for management and stakeholders.
