Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for Meraki solutions, effectively diagnosing and resolving network incidents across various client environments.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of RF Optimization and the 802.11 standard.
- Act as an escalation point for complex Meraki-related issues, collaborating with Tier 1 support to offer expert guidance to junior engineers.
- Engage proactively with clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction, ensuring transparent communication on issue resolutions and network enhancements.
- Identify and implement improvements to client networks utilizing Meraki’s features to boost performance and reliability.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of client networks, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
