Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Merchant Sales Executive to onboard and nurture partnerships with merchants for our innovative OmniCommerce services. OmniCommerce is designed to bolster our restaurant partners by integrating their physical and digital operations.
Our mission is to empower restaurants on the Grab platform, enabling them to thrive through a comprehensive range of solutions including content & discovery, reservations, table management, ordering systems, promotional deals, customer loyalty, insights & CRM, payment solutions, and advertising.
This position is an on-site role at our Grab Singapore office and will report directly to the Manager of Merchant Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and create sales opportunities using various channels such as referrals, networking, cold outreach, and in-person meetings.
- Effectively follow up and convert sales leads into partnerships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with restaurant decision-makers to facilitate future sales opportunities.
- Advise restaurant partners on our offerings, articulating the benefits of joining the Grab ecosystem.
- Gather necessary marketing materials to ensure restaurants are prepared to launch across Grab's distribution platforms.
- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure successful onboarding and engagement of new clients.
- Lead sales initiatives and implement strategies to enhance team performance and drive additional sales revenue.
