ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for a skilled Micro-electronics Technician to join our dynamic team, concentrating on the packaging and assembly of custom infrared image sensors. In this role, you will work closely with engineers in a meticulously maintained cleanroom to manage and evaluate silicon wafers, wire bond image sensors into specialized ceramic packages, and conduct thorough visual and electrical inspections of sensor chip assemblies. Your expertise will play a crucial role in utilizing custom test equipment to gather image data.
