ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for a Microelectronics Technician to enhance our team, focusing on the assembly and packaging of customized infrared image sensors. In this crucial role, you will work closely with engineers within a cleanroom setting to manage and test silicon wafers, wire bond image sensors into specialized ceramic packages, and conduct both visual and electrical inspections of sensor chip assemblies. Your technical proficiency will be vital in operating specialized test equipment to gather image data.
