Job Description:
LTS is actively searching for a Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Administrator to oversee, maintain, and enhance our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, which supports several hundred users within an enterprise structure, specifically within the Community Care Product Line at the Department of Veteran Affairs. This is a fully remote position.
The VA Health Portfolio is dedicated to the development and execution of top-quality IT projects aimed at fulfilling the needs of Veterans and healthcare providers through the effective management of healthcare information and the ongoing sustainment of production software that is vital to our mission.
The Health Services Program Management Office (PMO) support contract plays a critical role by providing comprehensive IT program management, project management, technical management, financial management, functional planning, and documentation analysis in support of the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) and its Health Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with end users to diagnose and resolve technical issues, while identifying their needs and implementing solutions within Teams, SharePoint, and the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Work closely with the Help Desk and other IT teams to effectively resolve incidents and service requests.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to encourage the proficient use of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
