- Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development: Design and implement a comprehensive roadmap for Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with client goals and seamless integration of CRM and ERP systems.
- Organizational Analysis: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within Dynamics 365.
- Team Structure Planning: Provide guidance on optimal organizational and team structures necessary to effectively support the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Hands-On Configuration and Implementation Support: Deliver direct configuration and implementation support across various Dynamics 365 modules, from pilot initiatives to large-scale deployments.
- Customer Service Module Deployment: Spearhead the deployment of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, including the establishment of multiple work centers and external customer self-service capabilities.
- HR and Finance Module Pilots: Manage pilot implementations for HR and Finance modules, ensuring customization to meet unique client requirements.
- Collaborative Leadership: Encourage strong collaboration across client departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated Dynamics 365 implementation strategy.
- Training and User Support: Develop and deliver impactful training sessions for users at all levels to foster high adoption and proficiency with the platform. Provide ongoing support to maximize the functionalities of Dynamics 365.
