Qualifications
Responsibilities:Provide 2nd/3rd line support for Business Central, addressing functional queries, configuration challenges, and system errors.Analyze, troubleshoot, and document issues across key BC modules such as Finance, Inventory, and Sales.Assist users with inquiries related to Business Central functionalities, ensuring adherence to best practices.Engage directly with clients to understand their challenges, gather requirements, and propose corrective or preventative measures.Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, including extensions, integrations, APIs, and BC upgrades.Maintain and update support documentation, runbooks, and solution knowledge base articles.Assist with minor configuration changes, setups, permission management, and data corrections as necessary.Support release management activities, including testing, validation, and deployment of BC updates or customizations.Monitor service requests to ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and internal quality standards.Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Provide user training and guidance to ensure clients maximize their use of Business Central.Manage support tickets through a help desk system, ensuring timely resolution and proper tracking of issues.Escalate unresolved issues to senior consultants or developers as required.Monitor the health of Business Central systems, perform routine maintenance, and guarantee optimal performance.
