- Organizational Analysis: Perform thorough evaluations to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Dynamics 365.
- Team Structure Advisory: Provide insights on the ideal organizational and team frameworks necessary to effectively support the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Hands-On Implementation Support: Deliver direct configuration and implementation support across various Dynamics 365 modules, from initial pilot projects to large-scale deployments.
- Customer Service Module Leadership: Spearhead the deployment of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, including the configuration of multiple work centers and customer self-service functionalities.
- HR and Finance Module Oversight: Supervise pilot implementations for HR and Finance modules, ensuring they are tailored to meet specific client needs.
