Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate engaging training sessions for sales, service dispatch, and administrative teams on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service modules, both remotely and on-site.
Create and update comprehensive training materials, including user manuals, tutorials, and hands-on workshops tailored to various teams.
Offer continuous post-launch support to users, assisting with navigation and troubleshooting within Dynamics CRM and Field Service.
Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure they achieve proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics from day one.
Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business leaders to synchronize training with deployment schedules while collecting feedback to enhance training programs.
Participate in functional testing of new features and updates, providing valuable feedback to IT regarding usability and potential process enhancements.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in delivering user training for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Field Service, or comparable platforms.
Strong expertise in developing training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and interactive workshops.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex system functionalities in a clear and understandable manner.
Hands-on experience in user support and training for CRM or similar applications.
