- Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for Dynamics 365 that aligns with client goals, ensuring seamless integration of CRM and ERP systems.
- Organizational Analysis: Perform thorough evaluations to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Dynamics 365.
- Team Structure Planning: Provide guidance on optimal organizational and team structures necessary to effectively support the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Hands-On Configuration and Implementation Support: Deliver direct configuration and implementation support across various Dynamics 365 modules, from pilot projects to large-scale deployments.
- Customer Service Module Deployment: Spearhead the implementation of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, including the establishment of multiple work centers and external self-service features for customers.
- HR and Finance Module Pilots: Manage pilot implementations for HR and Finance modules, ensuring they are tailored to meet the specific requirements of clients.
- Collaborative Leadership: Promote strong collaboration among client departments to ensure a cohesive and unified implementation of Dynamics 365.
- Training and User Support: Design and conduct effective training sessions for users at all levels to enhance platform adoption and proficiency. Provide ongoing support to maximize the functionalities of Dynamics 365.
