Key Responsibilities as a Microsoft Security Engineer:
Design and maintain security architecture for Microsoft solutions (Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, etc.).
Lead risk assessments and propose appropriate countermeasures.
Contribute to the development of security policies, identity governance, and access management.
Implement data protection solutions (DLP, encryption, labeling, Microsoft Purview, etc.).
Oversee security posture using Microsoft Defender XDR / Sentinel.
Collaborate with Cloud, Network, IT, and Business teams.
Manage security incidents and assist in audits.
Continuously monitor vulnerabilities, emerging Microsoft technologies, and best practices.
