About the Role
The Partner Distribution team at Hiya is instrumental in expanding our network by delivering our call profiling solutions—Connect, Protect, and Spoof Defence—to mobile operators and OEM device manufacturers worldwide. We onboarded four operators last year, with two additional operators joining us this month, and our growth trajectory is accelerating.
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer II to join our dynamic team and contribute to our scaling efforts. As one of the key engineers, you will be involved in addressing challenges from conception through to production, collaborating closely with a small, agile team that prioritizes iterative development and takes operational responsibility for its outputs. Our technology stack includes Scala, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS, processing call signals in real-time for millions of calls across a rapidly expanding global operator network.
This role offers significant ownership and scope. You will have the freedom to make technical decisions while enjoying the support of a team that collaborates on reviews, designs, and deployments.
