Key Responsibilities

- Enhance onboarding, employee transitions, and offboarding processes with a focus on experience and efficiency.
- Create, monitor, and present key performance indicators, dashboards, and executive materials for HR and business areas.
- Propose improvements, challenge existing processes, and foster an environment of innovation and continuous learning.
- Report key deliverables, progress, and risks to leadership.
- Facilitate team collaboration across various departments within the company, effectively navigating different hierarchical levels and diverse profiles.
