We are seeking a talented Mid-level Java Developer to join our innovative project in the dynamic benefits sector. Your Challenge: You will have the chance to contribute to a strategic project for a major client in the benefits sector, developing robust and scalable solutions that positively impact the lives of thousands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively collaborate on the project, engaging in all phases of the software lifecycle.
- Design and develop APIs and microservices using Java.
- Conduct functional (E2E), integrated, and automated testing, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure code quality by applying best programming practices and automated testing.
- Contribute to defining the architecture of the solution.
- Work alongside other teams to ensure system integration and smooth operation.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Java development.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Experience with relational databases and NoSQL.
- Proficiency in version control tools like Git.
- Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in benefits-related projects or similar fields.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
- Participation in development communities and open-source projects.
