Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and enhance the visual identity of our brand across various digital, motion, content, and print platforms, ensuring a seamless translation of brand strategy into striking visual systems and creative directives.
- Craft high-fidelity UI designs for Sana's website and various digital experiences, employing a strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and motion design to create refined, conversion-optimized interfaces.
- Develop and sustain a Figma-based design system, encompassing components, tokens/variables, reusable patterns, templates, and thorough documentation to promote consistency across teams.
- Create engaging digital marketing assets which include landing pages, advertisements, social media visuals, infographics, reports, and campaign materials, ensuring clarity, hierarchy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Produce physical marketing materials (event collateral, signage, merchandise, executive materials) and oversee vendor-ready print outputs.
- Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams including branding, marketing, developers, and leadership, articulating design rationales effectively and ensuring high-quality execution.
