About the Team:
The IT Digital team operates within the Products and Platform division, focusing on the development of the Client Portal—a tool designed for BTG Pactual's clients—and the Admin Portal, which serves the bank's partners and their advisors. Additionally, the team supports various investment initiatives and additional communication channels with clients, including the Institutional Portal, Administrative Area, and Mobile Solutions.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Analyze incidents, perform troubleshooting, and conduct monitoring.
- Collaborate with the Support team, utilizing technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP Web Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Engage in microservices architecture and adhere to DevOps practices.
- Develop and enhance the product pipeline for the BTG Client Portal and administrative solutions, addressing any gaps in service.
- Participate in projects aimed at expanding and enhancing the products available on the Digital platform.
- Reduce operational workload for the Fixed Income Desk while increasing financial capture.
