Join Abnormal AI as a Mid-Market Account Executive, where you will become an integral part of our dynamic Sales team in the Kansas City region. This role encompasses driving new business growth through the acquisition of small to medium-sized customers and expanding Abnormal’s reach within the market.
As a full-cycle sales professional, you will manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to deal closure, within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong hunter mentality, a genuine enthusiasm for cybersecurity, collaborative experience in team-selling environments, and a commitment to making an immediate impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Sell Abnormal security solutions within your defined territory, striving to exceed annual recurring revenue quotas.
- Engage with Mid-Market accounts (organizations with <3k mailboxes) from initial discussions through contract signing and upselling opportunities.
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with Mid-Market accounts to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to facilitate timely renewals and identify expansion sales opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer/prospect to internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing, ensuring prioritization aligns with closing revenue.
