Role Overview
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will become a vital part of our founding go-to-market team, managing the entire sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to closing deals — specifically for multi-stakeholder IT and Security engagements. You will collaborate closely with our founders, product, and engineering teams to shape Serval’s commercial strategy and illustrate the transformative potential of AI in IT operations.
What You’ll Do
Take ownership of the entire sales cycle — from generating leads to closing deals — across significant accounts.
Cultivate a profound understanding of customer needs, mapping out IT and Security organizational structures and aligning multiple stakeholders around business value.
Conduct consultative, technical demonstrations showcasing how Serval’s AI agents can streamline workflows related to onboarding, access, and service requests.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and engineering teams to refine our roadmap and messaging based on customer insights.
Maintain disciplined sales processes to ensure consistent performance and achievement of targets.
