Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of 45 to 55 mid-market customers.Oversee the entire customer journey from onboarding to implementation, ensuring measurable business outcomes are achieved through the Profound platform.Design and implement a mix of bespoke initiatives and scalable strategies to foster robust customer health and engagement.Develop expertise in the AI search domain and gain a deep understanding of large language models.Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously to mitigate risks associated with stakeholder turnover.Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to ensure value delivery aligns with commercial objectives.Engage with internal Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to refine implementation processes and resolve technical issues.Who You AreMinimum of 2 years of experience engaging with mid-market clients to drive strategic outcomes in customer success, account management, or consulting roles.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively present and demonstrate solutions.Self-driven and passionate about building and nurturing strong customer relationships.Comfortable tackling challenges and thriving in ambiguous situations.Proficient in handling customer engagements across various levels to ensure continuity.
