About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and expand our Mid-Market Account Executive team in a fast-paced, evolving landscape. This high-impact role will allow you to define the Mid-Market sales strategy, drive continuous revenue growth, and nurture a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration. This position is based in our London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the Mid-Market sales strategy, encompassing segmentation, forecasting, pipeline generation, management, and territory planning.
- Establish performance goals and KPIs, regularly monitor team progress, and provide coaching and support as necessary.
- Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth.
- Demonstrate a relentless commitment to achieving outstanding results.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Channel Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment and constructive feedback.
- Ensure consistency in the sales process, utilization of tools, and best practices across the team.
