Role Overview
As the Mid-Market Sales Manager at Harvey, you will lead and mentor a team of high-achieving Account Executives in driving the growth and success of our AI solutions within mid-sized and boutique law firms and in-house legal teams. You’ll be accountable for your team’s success in achieving ambitious sales goals while also engaging directly with potential Harvey customers. You will play a vital role in refining the operational framework of our expanding Mid-Market division by developing playbooks, best practices, and a premier sales toolkit. We seek a self-motivated individual who can thrive in ambiguous situations, excel in a fast-paced environment, and address complex challenges with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional core sales skills, experience in scaling dynamic teams, a talent for mentoring colleagues, outstanding communication abilities, and a keen understanding of customer needs.
What You’ll Do
Lead a team of consultative, solution-oriented Mid-Market software sales professionals to achieve Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets through both acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
Manage and report on your book of business, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline maintenance.
Proactively support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to drive alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
