Ensure timely delivery of daily cash and position reconciliations to clients, strictly following the established service level agreements.
Manage daily confirmation and settlement of trade and collateral instructions.
Effectively resolve trade-related disputes and discrepancies with Prime Brokers, Custodians, Executing Brokers, and Investment Managers.
Prepare and review daily client reporting to meet specific requirements.
Facilitate seamless trading operations between the front and back office, from post-execution to settlement.
Communicate with banks, brokers, and custodians to ensure efficient service delivery and completion of obligations.
Collaborate with clients, banks, brokers, and custodians to ensure accurate elections on corporate actions as necessary.
Respond to client inquiries through direct communication with operational staff on a daily basis.
Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as required.
