Through the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP), Kia Retailers are dedicated to supporting Veterans in their transition to civilian work by providing specialized training and opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles, focusing on engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems.
Accurately complete repair orders and warranty requests according to Kia and Retailer standards.
Conduct test drives and utilize Kia diagnostic tools and strategies to analyze, diagnose, and repair vehicle components.
Provide timely service and maintenance while collaborating with the shop foreman and service advisor to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
This opportunity is with an independently owned Kia Retailer. Applicants are applying for full-time roles with a participating Kia Retailer, not with KUS or ERS. All employment offers are subject to applicable federal and state employment laws.
