Kia America, Inc. proudly presents the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP) to empower veterans in building a successful career in automotive service.
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles, including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical components.
Complete repair orders and warranty requests in adherence to Kia and Retailer policies.
Conduct test drives to analyze, diagnose, and repair vehicle components and systems using Kia diagnostic strategies and specialized tools.
Provide timely services, diagnostics, and repairs while effectively communicating with the shop foreman and service advisor to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
This employment opportunity is with independently owned and operated Kia Retailers. Applicants will be considered for full-time positions at participating Kia Retailers, not with KUS or ERS. All employment opportunities are subject to Federal and State regulations applicable to each individual Kia Retailer.
