MLOps Engineer
As an MLOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, scaling, and optimizing backend systems that enable our payout automation and growth initiatives. Your expertise will help transform intricate business logic into dependable, scalable data-driven systems.
This hands-on position involves active engagement in architecture, automation, and the delivery of high-performance Python systems.
Key Challenges
Developing automated systems for payout structure generation and transformation.
Creating dynamic, personalized payout algorithms based on user behavior.
Building continuous split-testing infrastructure to enhance payout experimentation.
Scaling high-performance Python systems integrated with real-time data and machine learning pipelines.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee the complete delivery cycle: build, deploy, and optimize backend systems and services at scale.
Establish technical direction and coding standards for Python development within ML and data projects.
Align technical architecture with business objectives to minimize complexity and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with ML engineers and product teams to develop frameworks for experiment versioning and evaluation.
Improve system reliability and performance to ensure robustness and scalability.
