Your Role
We are seeking skilled and collaborative physical therapists to deliver outpatient physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes in the San Diego, CA area (and surrounding locations). This role focuses on outpatient therapy, distinctly separate from traditional home health services. As a physical therapist at Luna, your mission is centered around enhancing patient well-being. We recognize that many therapists experience burnout; we believe there is a better way. By integrating technology, community support, and fair compensation, we redefine the therapist experience.
What We Offer
We provide our therapists with the autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance necessary for success. Our innovative model allows you to select your schedule, whether you prefer a full patient load or simply need to complement existing clinic hours. Luna empowers you to shape your professional journey.
Competitive Compensation and Support
Alongside competitive pay, regular bonuses, and instant payment options, we prioritize the well-being of our therapists by providing unique technology and support. We assist with safety, cancellations, billing, and navigating to patient homes or facilities, addressing the challenges that independent therapists often face.
