Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary liaison for Mobile Service operations at designated dealerships.
- Deliver comprehensive training to dealership technicians on Mobile Service vehicle functionalities and operational protocols.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and kick-off meetings to devise dealership-specific business strategies.
- Ensure timely readiness and successful launch of Mobile Service vans upon delivery.
- Organize launch events and align dealership teams with business objectives and technician training.
- Plan and conduct tailored onsite visits focused on business development and performance enhancement.
- Develop and execute action plans aimed at surpassing program objectives, with an emphasis on optimizing service processes.
- Share best practices and success stories throughout the dealer network.
- Monitor and mentor dealership Mobile Service personnel to foster exceptional customer experiences.
- Document outcomes from visits and create actionable summaries for relevant stakeholders.
